The resort is built on a 23 acre beach front property and was designed by Hawaii based architects, Wimberly and Allison Tong & Goo. The resort is an architectural treat with its unique 80-ft high atrium, fitted with high arches and wooden beams, reflective of old Goan church architecture and is embellished with a mural by renowned Goan artist Mario Miranda.
